Eco Ops Project Verifier Agreement

I, [Insert name], agree to act as a verifier for Eco Ops in order to verify the credibility and authenticity of ecological projects seeking to earn climate and biodiversity credits. I understand that the purpose of verification is to ensure that projects meet certain standards of sustainability, and that this process is crucial in order to protect the integrity of the carbon and biodiversity credit system.

As a verifier, I agree to:

Review project documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Verify that the project meets the necessary standards of sustainability, including those set forth by Eco Ops and any relevant regulatory bodies.
Submit my findings to Eco Ops in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain confidentiality regarding any information or documentation provided to me by Eco Ops or by project developers.

In exchange for my services as a verifier, I understand that Eco Ops may provide compensation in the form of financial or other benefits. However, I acknowledge that my role as a verifier is primarily one of voluntary service to the cause of sustainability.

I agree to follow all of Eco Ops' policies and procedures regarding project verification, as well as any relevant regulations or legal requirements. I also understand that Eco Ops reserves the right to terminate my role as a verifier at any time, with or without cause.
